Oceanwalk is a condominium resort complex that will eventually consist of 19 buildings with two club houses. The first building was completed in 1999 and Building 3, where Lazy Day is located, was certified for occupancy in December 2003.

Oceanwalk Clubhouse:
Perfect for hosting a party. Full service kitchen. Pool is to the left and ping pong, sauna and excercise rooms behind.

Adjoining the well-appointed excercise room is a full size sauna. Of course, the pool and hot tub are just outside.

Tennis and Basketball court
The courts are adjoining to the clubhouse, with a putting green to the left and shuffleboard courts to the right.
