Reaching our second floor end unit couldn’t be easier, stepping up one flight of stairs directly from the parking garage or taking the elevator.

The first thing you’ll notice upon opening the door is the bright, open floorplan.  Laid out before you is a large, relaxing living room, and a screened-in balcony with table and chairs.  Looking right you’ll see the well appointed kitchen with a wrap-around breakfast bar overlooking a dining room with a large, family-style table. The setup is perfect for gatherings or parties, easily accommodating several families.

Other features include ceiling fans and carpeting in the living room and all bedrooms and large, stone tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms.  Many of the paintings throughout our home are from the collection of a local artist, contributing to an inviting “old Florida” feel.

Living Room
This is the front door and living room as viewed from the kitchen. The dining room is to the left, balcony to right. The entertainment center contains a 32 inch TV with VCR/DVD player and a bookshelf stereo system. Surrounding it is a queen-sleeper couch and a leather recliner..

 

Kitchen balcony
The kitchen balcony is screened-in and faces north and west.  The furnishings and two sliding doors make it ideal for enjoying an evening meal outside. 

 

Kitchen and dining room
Starting with the stone-tile floor and GE Appliances, the kitchen is fully equipped and ready for the most demanding of home chefs.  Open communication with the living dining rooms fit with the relaxed, casual feel of the entire condominium.

 

Twin Bedroom
The first bedroom down the hallway has a daybed that includes a pop-up trundle, and plenty of room for two.  In addition, a glass door opens up onto a large, open balcony.

This balcony off of the Twin Guest Bedroom is 8x25 feet. It faces Northeast.

Hall Bathroom
Between the two bedrooms is the bright and beachy hall bathroom.

 

Queen Bedroom
The queen bedroom has a wonderfully comfortable, brand new bed and a north-facing window overlooking a large balcony.

 

Master Bedroom
At the end of the hallway you’ll find the inviting Master Suite. The large bedroom offers a king-sized luxury bed, a sitting area with a comfy reading chair and an armoire with a 25 inch TV and DVD player, as well as a private balcony facing north and east.

 

Master bath
Behind the door is the two person Jacuzzi tub. The glass wall panel allows light too flow between the bedroom and bathroom.

 

Entering the Master Bath
Entering the large master bathroom, you’ll notice the stone-tiled floors, dual vanity and large, glassed-in shower. At the opposite end is a walk-in closet.

 

Laundry Room
Entering the hallway toward the bedrooms, you’ll notice the Laundry Room. The large, brand new washer and dryer, along with all necessary laundry accessories make keeping up with your laundry as simple as it could be.
